Dr. Xin-hong Wang is an associate professor of institute of higher education, school of public policy and administration, Xi’an Jiaotong University of China. Her bachelor degree is Engineering, so prior to join to XJTU, Xin-hong worked as a professional engineer in industry institutes. Then she pursued her M.D in Xi’an Jiaotong University and Ph.D degree in Huazhong University of Science and Technology in Higher Education, and begun her academic experience in Xi’an Jiaotong University on 2002. Her research interests are education management, educational evaluation, engineering education and specialized accreditation but not limited to these. She also has a very broadly interesting in interdisciplinary fields, such as gender in engineering education, career path and public policy promoting, culture and individual in industry organization, the partnership of university, industry, and government (Triple Helix),etc. She has worked in a leader or main participant position for a series of projects funded by national government, Ministry of Education, local government, and international joint projects, (EU-China). She is visiting scholar of University of Pittsburgh (2010-101), USA, University of Tampere, Finland( Aug to Sept, 2015)and Chinese University of Hong Kong(Jan, 2007), China.
