分别于2018年、2012年获西安交通大学公共管理专业博士、硕士学位。2019年1月至今在西安交通大学公共政策与管理学院卫生管理与政策研究所任教，主要从事卫生政策与管理方向的教学和研究工作，2022-2023年，经陕西省第九批“博士服务团”项目选派于西安市疾控中心挂职副主任一职。近年来，主持国家自然科学基金青年项目、中国博后面上项目、陕西省社会科学基金、校级培育项目以及各类横向课题等15余项科研项目；参与国家社会科学基金重大项目、教育部哲学社会科学研究重大课题攻关项目、科技部科技支撑计划重点项目、国家自然科学基金项目、美国中华医学基金会（CMB）等纵向项目及省部级横向研究20余项。在International Journal for Equity in Health，The European Journal of Health Economics，Journal of Medical Economics等国内外权威期刊发表学术论文50余篇，其中SSCI/SCI收录论文40余篇，多项研究报告及决策建言被省部级采纳，参编教材1部，获省部级、厅局级优秀成果奖各1项。目前，兼任中国医院协会医院经济专业委员会委员、中国人体健康科技促进会药物政策研究工作委员会委员、《中国卫生经济》、《中国医院》期刊编委及多个国际期刊审稿专家。
