Dr. Ching-Hung LEEis Associate Professor in School of Public Policy and Administration, Xi’an Jiaotong University (China). He received his BS degree in Management Information System in National Central University (NCU, Taiwan), MS degree in Business Management in National Cheng Kung University (NCKU, Taiwan). He received his PhD in Business Management from National Taipei University of Technology (NTUT, Taiwan). He was also a research fellow for research of smart commercialization about Cyber-Physical Systems at Nanyang Technological University (NTU, Singapore) from 2016-2018. His teaching and research interests are in ontology reasoning, service science, design informatics, and customer service, particularly for e-business, e-retailing and smart city. He has over 30 publications in refereed journals and conference proceedings in 2019. He has won the Best PhD thesis of Service Science in Taiwan and also won best industrial paper awards in ISSRE2018. He has over ten years’ experience of service design and development, and human capital training and evaluation experience in industry.
