研究方向：数字健康、行为决策与健康管理、卫生管理与卫生政策（卫生服务供给、卫生政策评估）。致力于将数字健康与行为决策融入医疗卫生服务体系建设，创新集成多学科理论与方法体系，聚焦新质生产力、深化产学研融合，助力医疗卫生服务体系的高质量发展。

主持国家自然科学基金面上项目、国家自然科学基金青年项目、中国博士后特别资助项目、教育部人文社会科学规划基金项目等国家级与省级项目10余项。参加哲学社会科学领军人才项目、国社科重大项目、国家自然科学基金项目、国家社会科学基金项目、教育部人文社会科学规划基金项目等20余项。与国内外开展广泛交流合作，发表高水平学术论文60余篇，40余篇SCI/SSCI论文发表于《Social indicator research》《Journal of Medical Internet Research》《Health Economics Review》《Digital Health》等国际知名期刊，10余篇发表于《系统管理学报》《中国人口•资源与环境》等国内知名CSSCI期刊，且其中2篇为国家自然基金会管理学部指定期刊。出版主编、副主编专著2部，参编“101计划”等核心教材4部，荣获省部级奖项4项，多个有关医疗卫生服务体系与能力建设的决策咨询得到省部级领导批示、并被中央办公厅、教育部、陕西省政协等采纳。兼任中国社区卫生服务协会社区卫生管理专业委员会常务委员、中华预防医学会社会医学与实施科学分会委员、陕西省“三秦学者”创新团队、陕西省教育厅青年创新团队成员、陕西省和山西省多个专业委员会委员。
