课题组研究方向

本研究团队致力于研究数字经济下的数字化转型(digital transformation)设计与管理研究,包含政府治理创新、数字化治理以及产业发展的数字化转型技术与服务研究,如大数据驱动的公共服务供给、互联网+政务服务设计、智慧城市绩效指标规划,特别是从用户、市民需求的挖掘、跨领域服务系统设计方法以及基于数字化技术的创新服务系统、商务模式及生态系统等多元视角来进行智慧城市相关研究,诸如大数据、移动服务、社群平台、物联网、云端运算等对于智慧政务、智慧公共服务、智慧零售、智能制造、智能医疗、智能交通、智能养老等垂直领域之创新服务、人工智能资讯伦理、知识图谱产业化应用等研究。
