讲座人简介：

Dr. Ho is an associate professor of the School of Public Affairs and Administration at the University of Kansas (Lawrence, Kansas, U.S.A). His research focuses on performance management, budgeting and financial management, e-government, and citizen participation，and his publications have appeared in various journals, including Journal of Public Administration Research and Theory, Public Administration Review, American Review of Public Administration, and公共行政评论.He has also advised many local countries in the U.S., China, and other countries on budgetary and performance management reforms, and has received funding from the U.S. National Science Foundation, the Alfred P. Sloan Foundation, the IBM Center for the Business of Government, and the Asian Development Bank to conduct research for local governments. In 2015, he was elected to be one of the 16 national representatives of the National Council of the American Society for Public Administration (ASPA). Also, he has served on the editorial boards of a few journals, including Journal of Public Administration Research and Theory, Public Administration Review, American Review of Public Administration, Public Performance and Management Review, and Journal of Public Budgeting, Accounting and Financial Management.
